Public consultation on the Terrorist Content Analytics Platform (TCAP)

We are seeking feedback from tech companies, civil society, and academics.
Deadline for submission is 23:59 (GMT) on 2 December 2019.

The TCAP consultation process is open

Last month, we announced that we would open a public online consultation process on the Terrorist Content Analytics Platform (TCAP), which Tech Against Terrorism is building with support from Government of Canada.

This consultation is now open, and we are specifically seeking input and feedback from tech companies, civil society, and academics. Responding should only take 10-15 minutes.

Please find links to each specific sector’s consultation survey below:

We want to hear from you

If you work in one of these sectors, we want to hear from you. As we develop the TCAP, we want to ensure that we are doing so in a transparent manner that accounts for feedback from key stakeholders in order to ensure that the platform is both effective and in compliance with critical human rights and freedom of speech considerations. If you have input that can support us in this, please make sure that you take part in the consultation process.

The online consultation follows a consultation meeting held in New York in September during the UN General Assembly week. Please read about that meeting here.

Please provide your replies and feedback before 23:59 (GMT) on 2 December 2019.

For any questions, please get in touch with us on contact@techagainstterrorism.org.
